I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support that is personalized to your needs. My approach to being a birth doula comes from a place of commitment: ensuring your needs are met physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Birth Services Include:

  • A consultation

  • 2 in-home prenatal visits

  • Assistance creating a birth plan

  • Education and resources on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding/ chestfeeding, and postpartum

  • Email/phone/text support from the time of hire to 2 weeks postpartum

  • On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor support at your home or the hospital

  • One postpartum visit
